What we collect

When you apply, we collect your full name, business email, phone number, business name, website and industry or business category. We collect your average sale-value range, qualified attended appointment volume, current sales responsibilities, whether customers already buy your offer, your reason for considering ClosePartner, preferred start timing and willingness to discuss our starting fees. Optional information includes comments, appointment history and sources, historical close rate, approximate contribution margin and typical sales cycle. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

We also store the button location and campaign attribution parameters supplied with your visit. Historical requests submitted under Agency Sales Partner may contain contact details, an agency website or sales challenge collected through an earlier form.

How we use it

ClosePartner uses application details to review your business, sales volume, closing needs and potential fit, and to contact you about the next step. Applications receive an internal provisional review score based on business conditions, not industry alone. Missing or unverified economics require human review. The score is not a proven prediction and does not automatically reject an applicant. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and notifications

Applications and historical requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. Public website visitors cannot read or change these records. Access is limited to authorized project operators. After an application is saved, an owner notification containing the application details is sent to Rod Melendez through Lovable’s managed email service, using the existing verified notify.agencysalespartner.com sending domain. An email delivery problem does not erase a saved application.

We retain requests while needed for the conversation and any resulting business relationship. You may ask us to delete your information.

Scheduling and connected tools

No external scheduling calendar is currently connected. Submission is an application, not a booked appointment. If there is a potential fit, ClosePartner will contact you about the next step. No CRM connection or advertising tracker is represented as active on this website.

Website measurement

We use Lovable’s website measurement to understand page activity. Prepared events record CTA location, application starts, completed steps and successfully saved applications. They do not include contact details, business information or application answers. A calendar click is not a confirmed booking. A qualified-application event is reserved for a verified qualification decision, not a provisional score. Campaign attribution and the initial landing-page path, without its query string, are temporarily kept in your browser’s session storage so they can accompany an application during the same visit. We have not added advertising trackers or captured advertising click identifiers. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate the website.

Your choices and contact

You can choose not to submit an application. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact founder Rod Melendez through his LinkedIn profile. A dedicated business privacy email has not yet been provided.
